The MasterFlash® No. 9 Square‑Base is an elite pipe flashing solution designed to provide a robust, weather‑tight seal where pipes penetrate roofing, especially corrugated or metal profiles. Featuring a 635 mm x 635 mm pliable aluminium base and durable EPDM rubber sleeve, this model accommodates pipe diameters from 241 mm to 520 mm, offering an ideal fit for standard industrial and commercial applications 

  • EPDM rubber.

  • Available in Black, Grey and silicone red.

  • Also available in BHP roofing colours on request.

  • Size range: 0mm to 1m available.

  • All EPDM Master Flash pipe flashings have a high temperature resistance of 135°C intermittently. A red silicone compound is also available, and this product has a high resistance of 260°C intermittently.

  • Complies with BAL rating requirements.
