AAA Roofing Supplies provides delivery services to selected metropolitan and regional areas throughout Australia.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the size, weight, and nature of the products ordered, as well as the delivery location. Please contact our Sales Team to confirm delivery availability for your area.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weather conditions, and transport schedules.
Standard delivery times will be advised at the time of order confirmation.
Delays caused by third-party transport providers, weather events, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
AAA Roofing Supplies is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delivery delays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, product type, and transport requirements.
Delivery fees will be provided before your order is finalized.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult site access, re-delivery requests, or special handling requirements.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours.
Orders will only be scheduled for dispatch once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stock availability may affect dispatch times.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process:

Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including site address and contact details.
Adequate and safe access must be available for delivery vehicles.
Someone must be available to receive and inspect the goods where required.
If access is restricted or unsafe, delivery may be delayed or additional charges may apply.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all goods immediately upon delivery.

Please check for:

Product damage
Missing items
Incorrect quantities
Incorrect products supplied

Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to AAA Roofing Supplies within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Damaged Goods During Transit

If goods arrive damaged:

Note the damage on the delivery documentation where possible.
Take photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.

We will assess the claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failed Deliveries and Re-Delivery Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply where:

The delivery address provided is incorrect.
No suitable access is available.
The customer is unavailable to receive the delivery when required.
A re-delivery is requested after a failed delivery attempt.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection point.

Ownership of goods remains with AAA Roofing Supplies until full payment has been received and cleared.

Product Availability

While every effort is made to maintain stock levels, some products may become temporarily unavailable.

If a product is out of stock or subject to manufacturing delays, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Pickup Orders

Customers who choose to collect their orders are responsible for:

Inspecting goods prior to leaving the premises.
Ensuring their vehicle is suitable for transporting the purchased products safely.
Securing all products in accordance with applicable transport regulations.

Once goods have been collected, responsibility for transportation and handling passes to the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

AAA Roofing Supplies – General Return Policy

At AAA Roofing Supplies, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required.
All returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
All returns will be inspected before approval.
No refunds will be issued. Approved returns may only be exchanged for goods of equivalent value, less any applicable costs such as restocking or transport fees.
AAA Roofing Supplies reserves the right to decline any return request at its sole discretion, even if the return meets the stated conditions.

Purchaser's Responsibility

It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all goods and receipts prior to use.
In the event of a defect or fault in materials supplied, our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective materials only.
AAA Roofing Supplies will not accept responsibility for any consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising from the use of supplied products.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Please carefully check your order before finalising your purchase, including:

Product type
Colour selection
Lengths and dimensions
Quantities ordered

Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for ordering errors made by customers, and refunds for change of mind will not be provided.

Damaged Products on Delivery

If any product is damaged during delivery, you must notify our Sales Team immediately by emailing info@aaaroofings.com.au.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product is being returned due to damage sustained during delivery.

Claims

AAA Roofing Supplies is committed to customer satisfaction.

Any claims relating to supplied goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Claims must be lodged by email to info@aaaroofings.com.au.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
AAA Roofing Supplies reserves the right to decline any claim or return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Colorbond® roofing products, including roof sheeting, flashings, and accessories
Concrete and terracotta roof tiles
Polycarbonate roofing sheets
Special-order, non-stock, or custom-manufactured products
Products that have been cut, altered, or modified to order
Opened bundles of shingles, insulation, membranes, or similar products
Used tools or equipment

Restocking Fees

A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Special-order products, if exceptionally approved for return, may incur higher restocking fees.

Delivery and Pickup Returns

All goods must be inspected upon delivery or collection.
Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are being returned due to delivery damage.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products supplied by AAA Roofing Supplies are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims must be lodged directly with the manufacturer.
We are happy to assist with supporting documentation where required.
AAA Roofing Supplies is not responsible for warranty claim outcomes determined by the manufacturer.

Contractor and Account Customer Returns

Returns from contractor and account customers are subject to the terms and conditions of their account agreements.

Where applicable, approved credits may be applied against outstanding account balances.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Any difference in product pricing must be paid at the time of exchange.
